RETURNS
Due to the hygienic nature of lash and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Yes. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Opened beauty tools
- Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
