Refund policy
DRIP LASH RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all Drip Lash items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.
Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the hygiene requirements outlined above. Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@driplash.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to Make a Return
Before returning any item, please contact us at support@driplash.co.uk with your order number and details of the return.
Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Once received, returns are processed within 14 working days.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- UK orders: within 5 working days
- International orders: within 10 working days
Please note that banks may take additional time to process refunded funds.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or card provider
- If still unresolved, please contact us at support@driplash.co.uk
Exchanges
If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us at support@driplash.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items remain the customers responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. We do not cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Handmade Disclaimer
Please note that DripLash lashes are carefully handmade, so each pair may have slight, natural variations. These minor differences are part of the craftsmanship of each of the individual lashes/cluster lashes, and do not affect quality or wear.
This is not considered a fault, but a reflection of the individual placement of each lash fibre, making every set uniquely yours
Discounts & Promotions
Only one discount or promotional offer may be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be combined, and Drip Lash reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
